All pitch spaces will be marked before your arrival.
Paperwork is posted approx one month prior to the event.
By entering the show you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated below.
1. Individuals on stalls must purchase entry tickets. This application is for an auto-jumble stand only.
2. Traders will be held responsible for any damage caused due to negligence to vehicles, persons or property.
3. Traders will have access to the showground from 7.30 am and must remain until 4 pm. We advise arriving between 7.30 am and 8.30 am.
4. Speed limit of 5mph within show grounds.
5. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without reason.
6. Traders are responsible for their own risk assessments and ensuring appropriate measures are in place.
7. Traders are required to abide by trading laws for their products and the law of the land.
8. Only items listed on the application form are permitted to be on sale.
9. Strictly NO SUB Letting of trade stands.
10. Traders must not under any circumstances sell food or drink.
11. No form of advertising material may be displayed or distributed on the Event site other than on, or from the exhibitor’s trade space without prior permission from the event organisers.
12. No items relating or similar to the event branding/name/logo/date may be sold without prior permission from the event organisers.
